why did the Roseanne show have to end?
not the terrible "chat show" where she appeared to have overdone it on the pina coladas, I mean the one where she was FUNNY
oh the end of it was terrible though. nothing to do/say except go over crap they showed years ago. I hate it when outgoing TV series do that
John Goodman is outstanding in the new HBO series "Treme". It's about post Katrina New Orleans and produced by the same people who created The Wire (Best Show Ever). Thinking people everywhere should be watching this. If you must watch TV, turn off the fucking reality shows and tune in Treme. Wit, grace and intelligence. So rare in the bottomless chum bucket TV has become.
I loved Roseanne, too...for the first four or five seasons, it was as good as anything on TV. John Goodman was a huge part of that, pardon the pun.
