In addition to this, there was just a blind item reveal that he's been paying for cancer treatments for a girl fan who asked to meet him as a dying wish. She had weeks to live at the time (3 years ago)and when Johnny asked about medical treatments, he was told there was no money. Beautiful man - inside and out!
