MORE Shit SB Says to Her Idol, Ms. Moon

That plot of garden looks mighty neat and tidy, and Mr. Moon did a fine job, but like you, I'm not neat and tidy. My ex used to get MAD because I have a method of mowing the lawn that is less than tidy. I called it: interpretive mowing. I enjoyed just pushing the mower around, wherever the spirit moved me. We wound up with some interesting patterns. Sometimes, it looked like some Aztec cave-drawing shit.

When I used to hang christmas lights around the little concrete block shack we rented on the beach a few summers back in the olden days, Mr. Moon would make sure they were all straight.
Straight.
Christmas lights.
At the beach.

We have an area out front that's close to the road that we don't mow at all. In the spring, the wild flowers take over. In summer, tall grasses take over. When our neighbors mention it politely in conversations, we refer to it as "wildscape," as if the property had to have this component here in the Texas Hill Country.

Dear SB, i've only mowed the lawn TWICE in my whole life and I've owned a house with a lawn for thirteen years. I figured that if I looked like I didn't know what I was doing enough someone else would take over. It's worked every time. Now I just do it in a mad outfit for comedy value. Please take some pics of your aztec cave patterns as I know it would amuse me no end. Hope you're well. Love you xx

“Aztec cave-drawing shit” – with a lawnmower? This I must see.

Have a good day, Boonie

Ms. Moon,
That is hysterical. I dig Mr. Moon. Fucker is funny.

Jeannie,
Hi back. I love you!

Denny,
That's great! Less work for you.

Christina Dear,
For you, I would take those pictures, but now that I'm divorced, I live in a rental, so I no longer mow. It's too bad, I sort of liked it. Weird but true. Love you!

Syd,
It was rather relaxing. I miss mowing.

Boonie,
You and the Mrs. are loved.

Some people in our neighborhood mow in circles around their rock gardens...it looks kind of nice but I wonder about it sometimes...not a lawn mower myself. I think I'd be more like you however...but then you should see how I vacuum. I have to go around the room clockwise...not counter clockwise. You all know what I mean, right?
Love ya

I don't think my Mom was too concerned about how straight the lines were, as long as I tried my best and just cut the darn lawn once a month!

Big Mark,
I hear you, babe. The Moms was sure smart!

Love,

SB

Sometimes, if one is sleeping, one can do 'automatic mowing'! HA!

I'm beginning to moon over Ms. Moon, myself.

Now I know who is responsible for all the crop circles! Sarcastic Bastard - the interpretive mower!
