Shit SB Says in Comments to Her Dear Friend, Sarah
I'm sorry but you'll likely never get a parcel from me, not because I'm parsimonious, but because I FEAR the post office over here in America. Seriously. I avoid that shit like the damn plague. I'm afraid if I go in, I might never come out again. You'd have to experience it.

I like the post office. I like the smell. I like the cool postage machines and so on. I even like the employees. I have sent out a lot of zines and shit in my time, and overall I've found the post office pretty damn okay.
I know what you mean. The way they pound those rubber stamps on those god-awful forms. And who knows what's going on in the room behind the wall...
You have to hide from them! I hide under my bed, please don't tell anyone!

Really, DTG? That's interesting. You should know, I guess.
Denny,
Exactly!
S.,
Thanks for popping round. Please come back often.
Love to all,
SB
Yep. I love the mail service, honestly. Less than a buck to send a letter all the way across the country in a day or two. Amazing!
I'm with DTG although I hate mailing things. I love my post office, and pick up my mail there almost every day. Of course, it's tiny and in a very old train depot and either Ms. Martha or Ms. Joanne are the only ones who ever work there. So it's totally cool. I'll take you there when you visit.
Ms. Moon,
I will go to the Lloyd post office if you are there to hold my hand.
This made me laugh. I'm shocking posting anything. I find old dog eared bills and cards in my bag covered in broken blusher that I was supposed to be sending.
Sarah's parcel took weeks. I even gave it to The Actor who forgot and left it in the car for another week before I finally posted it. I'm just as bad. Love you xx
Here in the country the workers are nice. Yet, I wonder how much they gossip and snoop.
