Obama gets to claim the credit in my book-after all, Bush said "mission accomplished" (big words for him, I bet he had to practice the multi-syllable two word phrase for weeks), so as far as he was concerned, he did his part eight years ago when he landed on that air carrier dressed up like a pilot.
