Some scientists say it's not about saving the Earth, it's about saving ourselves. The Earth always survives. The problem is, this time it's the human species that's the problem, and if we ruin our delicate home environment, we could take down a lot of species with us. And they're innocent.
Poor cubby. I'll bet that keeper that was banned was the poor thing's pack and he was lost without him. Imagine suffering so much rejection in his little life. People do mess things up but the killer is that they often have good intentions.
The bear couldn't live with the thought of the german "green energy" movement gaining ground and banning nuclear energy, accelerating the melting of the ice caps and causing polar bear genocide.
Few creatures can live in solitude from their own kind.
There are folks who don't believe in mental illness. Even bears know better.

There was a polar bear at the zoo I used to go to as a kid and he was obviously losing it poor thing. He used to rock from side and look adjitated. I don't think they can cope, poor things.
