I watched that show last night and my thoughts seeing her in that were WTF!!! I didn't think anyone wore the 80's gear to work out. shorts and t-shirts is all I ever see around here. And the headband?

It's so sad when actresses outlive their Shakespear in Love talent and have to go back to TV roles...

Was this from Glee? Without knowing why she was dressed like an extra from an Olivia Newton-John video I can't really comment. But it's quite a dated work-out look.
