The Famewhore Squirrel Welcomes Motherfuckers to Sarcastic Bastard. It's not easy being THE SPOKESWHORE OF AMERICA, but sometimes a bitch has got to sacrifice!
SARCASTIC BASTARD BLOG
The dog looks like my dog, but I don't look like the dude...nor do I look like the dog, I should put out. But the dog's the cuter of these two - make of that what you will!
Sweden, DFW is David Foster Wallace. He was likely the greatest writer of his (and my) generation. I have posted a lot on him. He hung himself, after an agonizing battle with depression, over a year ago. Check out the back posts if you want to, by doing a search. Dave is one of my favorite writers.
In the article in Vanity Fair, there is a description of how David kissed his dogs on the mouth and how he loved them. I hate to think of him kissing his dogs goodbye -- heartbreaking pic.
Nigel, I have tried, and you are correct, my brother.
Love you.
Mary LA, I thought of the same thing when I posted the picture. Too bad we have to think sad thoughts about something that made David so happy (his dogs).
I am a Gen-X, lazy, manic-depressive bastard, with an eating disorder, OCD, and a propensity for alcoholism. I am basically hell to live with, but I enjoy red wine, Ritalin, reality TV, and disdainful cats. This description could also be useful as a personal ad for a dating service.

Love you.

Your comment made me laugh.

SB
That's a cute furrydoggie...

They have a similar look. I've heard that we look like our dogs.
Syd,
May well be true, buddy. I prefer to think I look like my cats though.
Laugh.
I'm patting the dog as I type, which is pretty hard. Ever tried?
