Is It Too Damn Much Trouble to Proofread a Funeral Guest Book Entry Before Submitting that Shit?
Appaarently when the Roman empire encroachd north, some flaxen-haired slaves were sent back down to the great city to show off this newest conquest. When some dignitary asked "Angeli?" or whatever ~ forgive the Latin the reply came back, "No ~ Angli!"
SB, you're reading funeral guest book entries for fun??? Am thinking maybe you need more Viking.
This morning I thought about how you ask about Harry, and how much I appreciate it, when I took him him off to the vet for another abscess. Breaks my heart because he's sweet and frail, but still a little feisty. What a personality. (And don't we all want people to remember us as sweet and feisty in spite of our frailty?) He'll go back in 2 days for surgery to prevent future recurrences. I'm hopeful.
And that's more about a sick cat than you ever wanted in a comment. Promise not to do it again.
Gledds, You are a veritable font of information. I think you are one of the smartest people I almost know.
Kathleen, I am very grateful for the update on Harry. I hope the vet will be able to fix him right up. I hope the surgery goes well. Harry is a cat, therefore, he's SB's extended family.
I am a Gen-X, lazy, manic-depressive bastard, with an eating disorder, OCD, and a propensity for alcoholism. I am basically hell to live with, but I enjoy red wine, Ritalin, reality TV, and disdainful cats. This description could also be useful as a personal ad for a dating service.

Angles go to heaven?
Evidamndently. See, I am mean today, too!
You know, SB, I think heaven probably does need more angles. I imagine it is all flat and shit with all those clouds.

Love to all!
Gledwood - It was reportedly da Pope and he said 'no angli sed angeli (not angles but angels)!
What sort of angles are we talking about here? Acxute? Oblique? Right?Straight?
So many questions so little time....
