Fran Lebowitz said something to the effect that she had always thought that one of best things about being gay was that you didn't have to participate in two of the biggest institutions: marriage and the military.

A few men I know were very pissed about sanctioned gay marriage...they had used the non-availability of it as their reason for not...now, no such luck. Now they just have to say: I DO NOT want to marry you-- like the rest of us.
Sounds like something Eminem or Mike Tyson said about the subject... and why SHOULDN'T they? I don't think they should be denied the opportunity to make miserable the lives of as many of their loved ones as they can, either!!
