he looks crazy like robert pickton from BC the serial killer that killed like 60 girls cut them up and fed them to his pigs, ever heard of him?
He looks like a perfectly normal ice cream truck driver or one of those vans with no windows and free candy written on it..
He definitely looks a bit "off". Makes me glad that I live far from Indiana, although we have our share of strange people down here too.
